All orders must be prepaid by credit card or PayPal (Orders paid via PayPal e-checks will be held until PayPal advises your funds have been received. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to unverified PayPal accounts or those shipped to a third party. On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Bill To party's Credit Card and Driver’s License for orders to be shipped to a third party.
Shipping We offer flat shipping fee to domestic (USA) Customers. No additional charges will be billed to your account other than what was advertised.

American Reloading's Requirements for Purchasing Ammunition:
- We ship only to United States citizens and resident aliens that meet all other legal requirements.
- By ordering ammunition you are certifying that you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien and that it is legal for you to receive and possess any products ordered at your shipping address.
- Due to the complexity of state and local laws the customer must check to see if a product is legal to import into his state and locality.

Federal Age Requirements for Purchasing Ammunition:
- Rifle ammunition: You must be at least 18 years to order ammunition for use in a rifle.
- Handgun ammunition: You must be at least 21 years to order ammunition for use in a handgun.
- Federal law also prohibits the purchase of ammunition by minors, drug addicts, convicted felons, illegal aliens, the mentally ill and those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- Additionally there may be state or local laws that prohibit you from receiving ammunition.

Instructions for California: as of 1/1/2018 we are no longer shipping to homes unless you are a law enforcement officer. Everyone else has to have their Ammo shipped to a licensed permitted Ammo reseller. We currently have a list of stores we work with for transfers and will add more as we go. You can find this on the homepage link under "affilaites" and then "California Resellers". You may also submit a reseller near you not on the list willing to do the transfer.
Instructions for Illinois Ammunition Sales:

- FOID cards AND state photo ID submitted by fax or e-mail. (For faxed copies, please lighten the image, the brown background turns to black and makes the text unreadable)
- These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
- If DL or ID is expired we also require a copy of the 4 year extension on the back of the ID.
- Orders will be processed & retained until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by American Reloading.
- Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
- If you have supplied this information to American Reloading for past orders, please note in the "comments" section of your order, "Required IL Documents s/b on File."
- FFL Dealers must provide a copy of their FFL, NO C&R's accepted.
Instructions for New Jersey Handgun Ammunition Sales:

- N.J. Firearms ID (Front side ONLY) AND NJ state ID submitted by fax or e-mail.
- These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
- Order will be processed & retained until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by American Reloading.

Instructions for Connecticut Ammunition Sales:

- To purchase ammunition we need a copy of a current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth and one of the following Permits
- Permit to carry Pistols or Revolvers
- Valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver
- Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate
- Valid Ammunition Certificate
- These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
- To purchase ammunition we need a copy of a current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth and one of the following Permits
Instructions for New York state Ammunition Sales:
- To purchase ammunition we are now required (per NEW YORK state law) to ship only to Federal Firearms Licensed dealers (FFL, no 03 FFL's) and that also have a New York state Dealer's License.
- These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
- NOTE: Any order for ammunition to New York state without providing the prequisite NY FFL information on the order when placed WILL BE CANCELED.
- We will then contact the New York customer to see if they can find a local FFL dealer willing to accept an ammo shipment and then place a new order.
- Once we have the current and Valid FFL along with the New York Dealer's License that matches the order information we will be able to ship the ammo order.
- Any subsequent ammo order must also have the same FFL info on the new order AND the FFL and NY Dealer's License must still be current and valid (we will check the FFL per the ATF website, FFLezcheck).
NOTE: For all orders shipping to locations with limitations, it is the Customers responsibility to provide all required and necessary documents in conjunction to state/local law(s) in a timely manner. Orders will be processed and retained until ALL requirements are met for the order to be released and shipped. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Order Turnaround
AmericanReloading.com ships everyday Monday - Thursday 8am-3pm. We strive to process your order & ship within 3 business days.
Order Cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly, The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing in less than three hours and therefore will not be able to be cancelled.
Returns
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by AmericanReloading.com. In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all invoiced items and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within3 days of receiving the goods.
Damage Claims
Please inspect all packages at time of delivery and, if damaged, note on the driver's delivery receipt when you sign for it, contact us by phone (816-443-5399) to report it directly to us, and then contact the shipper so they may process your claim. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking your order, leave the box and contents as is, save all of the packing material and contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so we may process your damage claim.
Special Promotions
From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts on discontinued items.
User Agreement
Customers should purchase products from AmericanReloading.com with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion and only after referencing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all other relevant technical information specific to the product. AmericanReloading.com shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
AmericanReloading.com (and affiliated companies) reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.
