These are .338 caliber, 280-grain Hornady LRX projectiles, Barns LRX. Pulled from loaded ammunition; you may see minimal cosmetic marks from the pull, but function is unaffected. The LRX design is a monolithic copper alloy projectile with a polymer tip, built for deep penetration, high weight retention, and reliable performance at extended ranges in hunting applications. We remove any pieces we consider unusable. Start with conservative loads and consult published load data for your firearm and powder.
