When performance counts Hornady FMJ Handgun Bullets are a preferred choice for target shooting plinking and shooting. The bullets are sold in boxes of 100 500 1000 and 6000 each competitively priced. One of the primary benefits of these bullets is the boat tail design that offers a flatter trajectory as well as better long-range performance because the ballistic coefficient is raised.
These full metal jacket pullets are fully encased in a hard metal excluding the base. As a result the bullets expand upon impact but without damaging pelts. For this reason these bullets are often used for smaller game.
