These are 9mm less-lethal rubber projectiles. New projectiles, not pulled; you may see normal manufacturing marks, but function is unaffected. Rubber projectiles are designed for training or less-lethal applications and are not intended for standard live-fire use with conventional load data. We remove any pieces we consider unusable.
